To advance and protect the business interests of its members.

Dissolution :

In the event of dissolution, any remaining assets, after settling debts and liabilities, shall not be distributed among members but transferred to an institution with similar objectives or to a charitable institution as decided by the members in a Special/Extraordinary General Meeting.

Promotion and Safeguarding of Business Interests :

To advance and protect the business interests of its members.

Fostering Goodwill :

To cultivate goodwill and strong relationships among members.

Knowledge Dissemination and Manufacturing Encouragement :

To spread knowledge about machinery and promote local manufacturing of machinery and spare parts in India.

Elevating Machinery Trade Standards :

To raise the standards of the machinery trade in India, ensuring high levels of knowledge, service, and efficiency to benefit consumers.

Affiliations :

To affiliate with other associations, societies, chambers, or bodies with similar objectives.

Dispute Arbitration :

To arbitrate disputes arising from commercial transactions, provided at least one party is a member of the association.

Standardization of Trade Practices :

To regulate and standardize trade practices, including payment terms and sales tax declaration forms, within the machinery trade.

Elimination of Unfair Practices :

To eliminate unfair dealings and internal competition while promoting ethical business standards and preferential treatment among members.

Rule and By-Law Formation :

To establish, modify, and enforce rules and by-laws to safeguard the association's interests.

Government and Authority Relations :

communicate and make representations to local, state, and central governments or any other authorities on matters affecting the machinery trade, commerce, and industry.

Distribution and Contracts :

To engage in fair and equitable distribution of machinery and related commodities, including importing, contracting, and performing necessary activities for the association’s objectives.

Organizing Events :

To organize conferences, exhibitions, demonstrations, lectures, excursions, and other activities related to the machinery trade and industry.

Publications :

To publish journals, periodicals, pamphlets, and circulars primarily focused on machinery and related trades.

Investment and Property Management :

To invest funds and manage association properties as determined by the Executive Committee.

Acquisition of Property :

To acquire land, buildings, and other properties, both movable and immovable, by purchase, lease, or other means.

Lawful Actions for Objectives :

To undertake any lawful actions necessary for achieving the association’s objectives.
