Articles of Association

Clause No.1 Subject : Objects

The Association is established for the objects expressed in the Memorandum of Association.

Clause No.2 Subject : Year

The official year of the Association shall be from 1st April to 31st March every year.

Clause No.3 Subject : Membership Qualification

Any firm, company or individual who is interested and/or engaged in the machinery & allied trade and who holds Sales Tax Registration Certificate for minimum 2 years shall be eligible to become a member of the Association provided his application for membership is approved by the executive committee.

Clause No.4 Subject : Founder Member

Members enrolled before 31st March, 1974 are founder Members of the Association and will enjoy same privileges and rights as that of other members.

Clause No.4 (i) Subject : Member

There shall be two classes of member:- (a) Ordinary Members,(b) Life Members.

Clause No.4 (ii) Subject : Ordinary Member

A Company , firm or individual can become an Ordinary Member by paying in advance admission fee together with Annual Subscription as may from time to time be decided (at present Admission Fee is Rs. 1,000.00 and Annual Subscription is Rs.500.00.
